Shipping Policy

At Florimay we ship every order carefully and keep you updated at every step.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders from other countries cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery address

Your order is sent to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that all details are correct — incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or returns.

3. Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping time

Once processed, your order typically arrives within 8–12 business days.

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): approximately 9–15 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates. External factors such as seasonal demand, carrier capacity, holidays, and unusually high order volume may affect delivery times.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping or handling fees.

7. Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. You can also track your order any time at florimay.com/apps/parcelpanel. Tracking updates typically appear 3–8 business days after the package leaves us.

8. Failed delivery or incorrect address

If delivery isn’t possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We’ll get in touch to arrange redelivery or a suitable solution.

9. Delivery confirmation

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, the delivery is considered complete. If you cannot find your package, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
