Press

Thanks for your interest in Florimay. We're a small, women-led studio in New York making softly-built essentials in small batches, and we're always happy to talk with writers, editors, and producers working on stories that align with what we do. Whether you're covering independent design, slow fashion, women-owned businesses in New York, or the quieter corners of the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

For press inquiries, we can provide high-resolution product imagery, studio photography, founder headshots, and background on our process and materials. We're also glad to share details about our small-batch production model, our New York workroom, and the people who make our pieces possible. If you're working on a feature, a gift guide, or a longer profile, please give us a little lead time so we can put together something genuinely useful rather than a rushed response.

We tend to say no to pay-to-play placements and sponsored roundups, and we're selective about brand partnerships. What we say yes to: thoughtful editorial, independent newsletters, podcasts, and any writer genuinely curious about how small American clothing studios actually operate. We're happy to go on the record about pricing, margins, production realities, and what it takes to build a softly-constructed garment without cutting corners. If that kind of transparency is useful for your piece, we're here for it.

To reach us, please email press@florimay.com with your outlet, your deadline, and a short note about what you're working on. We try to respond within two business days, and we'll be straightforward if we're not the right fit for your story. For samples, interview requests, or studio visits in New York, the same address works best. We read every note that comes in, and we appreciate you thinking of us.
