How Florimay gift cards work
Every Florimay gift card is digital. After you place your order, we send a beautifully formatted email to the recipient (or to you, if you'd rather print it and deliver it yourself) containing a unique redemption code and simple instructions. To use the card, the recipient adds items to their cart at florimay.com and enters the code at checkout. The balance is applied automatically, and any remaining funds stay on the card for next time.
Denominations
We offer four standard amounts so you can match the card to the occasion:
- $50 — a posy, a small bouquet, or a single delivery
- $100 — a generous bouquet or a pair of smaller arrangements
- $250 — a statement centerpiece or a short subscription
- $500 — a wedding contribution, event flowers, or a long-running subscription

No expiration, no fees
Florimay gift cards never expire. There are no activation fees, no monthly deductions, and no fine print that chips away at the balance. Whatever you load onto the card stays on the card until it's spent.
Use it toward anything we sell
Gift cards can be applied to any product on our site: fresh bouquets, single-stem bundles, subscriptions, dried arrangements, vases, and seasonal add-ons. They can also be combined with other payment methods at checkout, so if the order total exceeds the card balance, the recipient simply pays the difference by credit card or another accepted option.
Send it now or schedule it ahead
At checkout, you can choose to have the gift card email sent immediately or scheduled for a specific date and time—helpful for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion you'd like to plan in advance. You can also add a personal message that appears inside the email alongside the code. If you make a mistake with the recipient's address or the send date, contact us before the scheduled delivery and we'll correct it.
A few policy notes
- Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- They can be combined with other payment methods but not with certain promotional discounts; restrictions are noted at checkout.
- Lost or stolen codes can be replaced if you have your original order number—please keep your purchase confirmation.
- Gift cards are currently redeemable only on florimay.com, not in partner shops or pop-ups.
